Fall solstice
It still feels like summer, humid and hot..but there are some subtle signs of autumn, like my cat sleeps with me every night now, thanks to the evening chill. Soup actually sounds like a good lunch, and candy corn is on display in the stores, yummy!
I’m looking forward to the turning of leaves and all the trimmings of the fall season! Hope you are too!
New on the rack
Another new birthday card, a flower and of course a new Halloween.
On the Drawing Board
I still have a Thoreau card sketched out to finish, there’s a Thanksgiving card poking in and out of my subconscious and I’m thinking on the Christmas one.
Music
One of our gigs last month was canceled, thanks to the Delta variant, and other than a private concert, all I’m doing now is the PCA open mike in Westford. But that’s big, because the PCA was a virtual open mike for 18 months or so, it’s progress!! Thanks to John Ferullo!
Thank you
In the meantime, stay safe, mask up, get vaxed or a booster, we have covid on the run I think. As always, thank you for your kind support, without it, there would be no Freehand Cards.
