Summer Solstice
First, a big Happy Birthday to my niece Kerry, born on the solstice!
She’s a magical young lady, especially with animals!
It’s good to be back in a routine! Although, I’m still down one account, Newbury Court, all the others are back and open in various degrees of business. This time has been, and continues to be, very challenging for everyone. I count myself lucky to have avoided covid 19 so far. But we have a long way to go before we can truly be safe. For now, I’ve got a mask and sanitizer with me at all times and I’m avoiding crowds. I hope that you can do the same and that you are all safe and healthy.
What’s New on the Racks?
There was of course Mother’s Day and Father’s day and graduation. There is a new Catattitude Birthday, new Hummingbird and Heron, a new Birthday and a new Sympathy.
On the Drawing Board
a new Woof Wisdom, a new Cat, a new Wild Flower and a new Thoreau.
Music
Alas, most of my musical gigs have been canceled and although I have some scheduled for December, I doubt they will actually happen, but ya never know! There is always hope!
Paperclay Classes
I have one class scheduled, as this point it will be a “Zoom” event, in conjunction with the Concord library. We are painting dragonflies. The class is open to teens only, please check with the Concord Library for the details. The class is going to run on August 5.
Thank you
I guess that’s all the news for this quarter. I am very grateful for all the sales I have enjoyed to date, honestly I wasn’t sure my business would get through this. The fact that a sole proprietor like me can survive under such extreme economic hardship, speaks volumes of your patronage and support. Many thanks for all your card purchases, please know your loyalty is very much appreciated.
stay safe, Betsi
